I'm a 25-year-old with eleven years of child care experience. I've been working with kids since I was 14 as a junior counselor at a day camp, moving into babysitting and nannying through high school and college. I've worked with children from ages 6 months to 10 years old. Most of my responsibilities have included picking up children from school, engaging in creative and educational play time, leading arts and crafts, preparing meals, and putting children to bed on nights the parents are out late. I am also able to help with homework and have experience with potty training. In addition, I grew up with a cat and a dog so pets are no problem for me. I'm a recent college graduate and East Coast transplant. I went to college in Vermont and picked up a love for the outdoors, hiking, and healthy and sustainable living. I'm a strong believer in the healing power of art and self expression. I would love to share these interests with children as I believe supporting their growth and their journey is imperative to our future.
