Hello families! My name is Em and I'm a birth and postpartum doula living in Felton on a beautiful goat farm. I have almost two decades of childcare experience ranging from being a pre-school teacher, classroom aid in a high-needs setting, infant care specialist in a daycare, a long-term nanny to toddlers, and a decade of being a doula. Things are winding down on the farm as kidding season comes to a close and I'm working on expanding the teaching side of my career. I love hanging with little ones, especially babies and toddlers and am hoping to pick up some steady or occasional care work so that I can stay in this beautiful place. My only two real don't-do's are cleaning kitty litter (I'm allergic) and driving kiddos. Nice to meet you! ps-I also help do nanny contract writing. It can be a great way to help get that Read more relationship started on a positive footing. https://www.rosewoodbirthconsulting.com/nanny-contracts
