Hi all! My name is Olive, I am 22 years old, and am a recent graduate of California Institute of Integral Studies with a bachelors degree in psychology. I have four younger siblings and have been working with kids of all ages for the majority of my life. I have experience in summer camp and preschool settings, as well as traditional babysitting. Prior to 2023, I spent a year working with autistic children helping them learn communication and daily living skills as well as how to identify their feelings and advocate for their needs. For the first few months of this year I participated in an Outward Bound semester course, spending 72 days outside backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, and more while identifying my leadership style as a relator and motivator and practicing these skills within this environment. As I continue to follow my passion for psychology and ultimately desire to Read more work with kids and young adults in a therapeutic setting, I am taking some time to pursue different interests. I look forward to meeting and working with you and your families!
