My name is Evony Nicole Jackson, I am from Oakland, Ca. I currently reside in Moraga,CA because I am a junior at Saint Mary’s College majoring in Sociolgy. I have plans to attend Veterinary School after college due to my love and dedication to animals and wildlife! I would love to be a sitter because I have a lot of patience and a delicate nature that people love to surround themselves around me and their children. I am very well spoken and confident which works very well with my beautiful voice that I constantly get compliments on! I currently live in a college dorm it’s a double room with only me. It’s very spacious and kid friendly so I am more than willing to watch a child there or in the comforts of your home! I’ve had experience with just volunteering to babysit neighbors children those of whom were toddler’s Read more and younger. I did overnight babysitting for them for over a year, I would take them early in the morning and care for them until the next morning. Making sure that they had a set bedtime, bath time and playtime and tv time as well! I worked for them a long time without any intention to get payed I didn’t start getting paid for it until after a year! I think that it showed me how much I genuinely enjoyed just spending time with the kids and creating a safe space for them while their parent has put them in my care. I believe that that experience has prepared me to finally get a paid position to babysit for local families in Moraga, CA! I’m excited to get more experience with babysitting and even explore a new found passion with my sociology minor to explore teaching kids in the future!
