Hi! My name is Alondra, and I have approximately 5 years of babysitting experience. Growing up as an older child with a working mom, I quickly learned how to care for young children through the countless days I managed my brothers routines. Throughout the years I’ve babysat for various family members and friends. I was responsible for various duties such as pickup/drop off from school and extracurricular activities, morning/bedtime routines, cooking meals, and general supervision. My work with youth doesn’t start or end there, I also worked at a Galileo summer camp with different age groups within 5-14 years until the age of 18. There, I facilitated games, lessons, and activities for campers as well as prepped logistical duties for the day. I then worked for Lodestar Community Charter School until. I performed similar duties in my first year as an after school program teacher and was promoted to the Read more assistant program director the following year. Recently, I became a mother and am looking for a different pace in my career that best fits our schedule as new parents.
