Hi there, parents and families! My name is Lexi, and I'm a freelance arts educator and writer looking for part-time or full-time work as a nanny and babysitter. I've been working in childcare and education for the past 6 years. I spent the last 2.5 years teaching drama and music at non-profit arts organizations in California and Rhode Island. Before graduating from Vassar College, where I minored in education, I spent summers teaching preschool in Los Angeles. I have been nannying and babysitting to supplement my income for the past four years with young people ranging from infants to high schoolers, and would be more than happy to supply you with references from some of the fantastic families for whom I've worked here in the Bay Area.
