I love working with children and I have a lot of experience. I have two younger siblings who are 11 and 14 years younger than I am, so I grew up babysitting and looking after them. I started babysitting around age 12-13. I have watched children from as young as two days old through the teenage years and I love each age because they are all so different. I was a nanny for one family for the past 6 years with the girls ages ranging from 3-11. I coach gymnastics in the evenings three days a week, so I am constantly around children. They make life brighter without even knowing it. I have a minor in Elementary Education and will be going back to school this summer for my second Bachelor's Degree with this one specializing in Early Childhood Education.

When we interviewed Morgan we stated how important it was not to cancel on us the last minute and to try to give us notice beforehand if she cannot make it so we can find alternative care. I emailed her the kids monthly schedule before I even interviewed her. She also spent 4 hours training with my previous Nanny. I was very clear about what household chores are involved. I expect her to take care of household chores while my kids nap which is about 2-3 hours. After working with us for a week she text me Saturday night saying that she is quitting and did not give us ANY notice. I begged her to give us a week to try to find someone else but she said "I need to do what is best for me". This type of selfish attitude and unprofessionalism shocked me from someone with a bachelor's degree and as a military wife. My husband is also in army and her last minute cancellation put us in extreme stress while we are scraping to find another nanny. Our work suffered because we had to cancel meetings last minute and most importantly our kids suffered with the change in routine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MORGAN! She wrote on her profile that she is able to do laundry and household chores including light cleaning however that was NOT the case. She said she did not want to do the household chores while my kids sleep for 2-3 hours a day. I have a cleaning lady that came in while Morgan was here and deep cleaned the whole house. My cleaning lady comes every other week. I told Morgan I just expected her to maintain what the cleaning lady does I do not expect a deep cleaning. When I asked Morgan how her first week was she said everything was good and then the next day she texted me to say she no longer wants to do it. She is NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE HONESTLY and will quit at a last minute notice instead of trying to work things out. Worst of all she took our car seat and I had to beg for her to bring it back which she did 5 days later. DO NOT HIRE HER!
