Hello there, my name is Sarah and I've been working with kids since I was 13. I started out babysitting and then progressed to long term nannying throughout my college years. I volunteered teaching English to kids ages 5-14 in the slums of india through the IVHQ volunteer program during the summer of 2016, and I also was a gymnastics instructor for kids ages 2-11 at Gymtowne coastal in Moss beach Ca from June 2017-December 2017. I am a very energetic person who loves to cook, bake, read, go on hikes, watch movies and spend time with my husband and our dog. My favorite thing about working with kids is knowing that I have a positive impact on their future. I look forward to meeting you and your family :)

I interviewed Sarah for a part time nanny position in my home. Sarah was engaged throughout the process - she responded in a timely manner for the most part and arrived on time (actually early!) for our face-to-face meetup. She was easy to talk to and had a positive and energetic demeanor. Her references raved about her and described her as being reliable, always one step ahead of the children/mom and very nurturing. I have no doubt that Sarah would have performed well in the role that I needed. At the time of this posting, she had no CPR/First Aid training or know-how but expressed a desire to learn those things. I did not hire Sarah but instead chose to hire a provider with infant CPR/First Aid training as I have an 8 month old who is just starting on solids and I wanted reassurance in that area!
