Lynne is truly a godsend. She has worked with us for about a year. Lynne is always on time or early, reliable, and flexible. Lynne puts forth extraordinary effort to be available to us when we need her. More importantly, she is always positive, firm but affectionate and encouraging, constantly teaching my kids new things, keeps them engaged and active, and she always has the situation under control (even if my children are cranky). She has been there for our family during a long deployment, provided care while I was too ill to care for my kids, and she helps me meet my own parenting goals by helping me guide my children when we are all learning new lessons. Lynne always takes great care to understand my children as individuals and meet them where they are in their development and growth. My kids are always excited to see her and rave about their time with her.
