Hello my name is Marlene! I attend the University of California Berkeley and I’m studying Nutritional Science. I’m staying in Palm Desert for the summer and would be thrilled to be with kids while I am able to. I love working with kids and doing fun activities like going to the park, swimming, playing games like puzzles, coloring with them,etc. I previously volunteered at a daycare for around 3-4 years and mainly worked with toddlers, but also have experience after having volunteered at elementary schools. I enjoy being outdoors and I’m very friendly. I grew up an only child, so being around children is always a joy to me and a wonderful experience.
