Hello! My named is Jack and I am a 22-year-old recent college graduate who lives in Palo Alto. I am very interested in being your nanny! I have 4 years of experience babysitting for two families in and around my college town. One family had a little boy who I took care of from the time he was six months old until he was 2.5 years old. The other family had a little girl who I babysat from the time she was one year old until she was three years old, so I have a lot of experience with infants and young children. Outside of babysitting, I worked for two years in a childcare center that specialized in serving the working families in my college town. I worked in the infant and toddler rooms at the childcare center. I am also an Eagle Scout and worked as a camp counselor Read more at a Boy Scout camp while I was in high school. I taught the first aid skills course and was generally responsible for entertaining large groups of 11-14-year-olds. I am more than willing to do any cleaning and cooking required, and I'm happy to pick up around the house. I also love going on excursions with the kids that I am sitting and I enjoy being active outside the home. I have a driver's license and a car. I am CPR certified through the Boy Scouts, and I've been in careful quarantine for the last two months. Watching the children I cared for grow as people was incredibly rewarding. Having grown up in a household where both parents were often working, I know how important it is for children to be able to develop a supportive, reliable relationship with their sitter. I really hope to hear from you.
