My name is Abigail O'Brien, I am the middle child of a family of 5! I absolutely love children. In high school I worked as a camp counselor and coordinator for the Inland Empire Summer Day Camp. I have also worked at 21 Choices a Southern California known Yogurt Shop. I left for college and became a personal assistant for the Mahanti family. I would stay with their 3 young girls take them to school, swimming practice, run the errands etc.! They soon asked me to help in their family optometrist office as lead assistant. At the age of 20 I was not only helping the family with day to day chores and scheduling but guiding the doctors office with some organizational skills. I have previously worked as a Field Organizer in Sedona Az. I hope to join the Peace Corp. when I graduate so I spend much of my Read more time volunteering at different public student institutions with children and other local food drives. I am safe sitter certified, have my own car and am a very hard worker. Growing up both of my parents worked full-time. We had a couple nanny's and babysitters throughout my younger years and the impression they left on my siblings and I are lasting. I still keep in touch with them. I know from experience it is important that children feel safe and comfortable as well as are able to balance their play time and school work. I have always loved children and I am reliable and consistent.
