Hello! Please call me Jojo. I found my passion in caring for children at 8 years old when my brother was born. In the summer of 2017, during my internship with Public Health Solutions, I partnered with Girls Inc. and took care of 25 young girls ages ranging from 6-12years old. We had a lot of fun that summer learning to read, write, dance, and cook. I worked 10 hours a day for 4 days a week. I took them on a field trip to an Oakland A’s game as well. I am an easy going caregiver and nanny. I believe building a good relationship with the parents is vital in having a good relationship with the child. I am attentive and understand a child’s needs even during times where communicating can be difficult. I have worked with autistic and special needs children.
