My name is Catherine and I'm 21 years old. I go to San Diego State University but will be staying with my parents in Placentia this summer. Being home for the summer, I love to keep myself busy and enjoy babysitting children, so I think this is the perfect opportunity. I come from a large family with many children and feel comfortable watching after them. I'm a pretty creative girl so it wouldn't be a difficult time to entertain kids! Also, I used to be an assistant at Kumon Learning Center with children in grades K-8 where I helped them with math and reading skills. Our 7 yo daughter loved Catherine after spending the day with her. We loved her too for being prompt, super responsive via email and text and for sending a couple updates during the day - with pictures! Our girl is quite shy and when it came to doing something she was nervous about, Catherine gave her a pep talk and let her call us for further assurances. They went to the park, played at home, and got some reading done. We hope to have the opportunity to work with Catherine again soon!
