Nicole has worked with our family since the summer of 2015. My daughter was born in August 2009. Nicole is a natural with my daughter, and she cares for the family as a whole unit. She is incredibly punctual, reliable, fun, energetic, and creative. She is compassionate, understanding, and very patient. She has the ability to quickly gauge parenting philosophies and styles, and adapt her care to suit a particular family's needs, which is a rare trait. My daughter became attached to Nicole instantly and absolutely adores her. We hope to have Nicole in our lives for years and years to come!
