Hello Sitter City Parents! My name is Brooke Wade. I am a small town girl from Champaign Illinois with a lot of experience with children! I have a six year old daughter Maliah, whom I adore! We enjoy our time together reading, playing, cooking and learning new recipes. I learn more about children everyday through my time with my own daughter; and it is simply amazing! Back home, I enjoyed being an assistant teacher at Bradley Learning Center, where I worked with infants, toddlers and school aged children. I coordinated the summer program for the school agers, and loved every minute of it! I continued to work at Bradley for four years (2008-2012). While there, I developed wonderful relationships with parents and children alike. I also developed a deep appreciation for children and their unique point of view. I also worked at the Pavilion Behavioral Health Center (Champaign). I worked Read more very closely with children who suffered severe emotional trauma. I enjoyed leading therapeutic groups with the teenaged girls and boys, and chaperoned many outings and group activities. My experience helped me develop a greater appreciation for children, and their feelings. I am a loving mother, with a strong work ethic, who would love to provide excellent, reliable service to you and your family!
