Hi My name is Tierra! I am a post grad student currently studying for the MCAT to apply to medical school. In my free time not studying I would love to be your nanny. I have nannied for families for over 10 years now, while I was in college in Seattle, WA as well as back home here in Rancho Santa Fe/Del Mar area. All the children I have nannied for hold such a special place in my heart. I currently am a volunteer for the County of San Diego as a Foster Youth Mentor. I went through extensive background checks and interviews in order to mentor foster children here in San Diego. It has been such a wonderful experience as spending time with children is my happy place. I truly enjoy all ages of children!
