Hi! My name is Alissa Snipes, and I am 19 years old and currently a sophomore in college pursuing a degree in nursing. I have always loved working with children and have spent most of my life caring for and mentoring kids of all ages. I started babysitting at a young age by helping care for my younger sister, and I have continued babysitting younger cousins and family friends over the years. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for children. I genuinely enjoy building relationships with kids and being someone they can trust and feel comfortable around. In addition to babysitting, I am a Division I athlete and have spent years working with children through sports. I have given pitching and hitting lessons to young athletes and volunteered as a coach for girls of various ages. As a nursing major, I understand the importance of being attentive, responsible, and prepared in any situation. I am also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other household tasks. I am dependable, caring, and have a flexible schedule throughout the summer.
