I have 5 years of being a nanny. It is extremely important for me that I find a family who would treat me like a family member rather than just a nanny. Communication is really important to me in finding the right family to communicate back and fourth with. I am very organized and punctual (always on time) my rate starts off with how many children will be needing care and where the family lives (gas reimbursement). My rate is $20-25 hourly 5 days a week and 20 hours weekly
