I am a compassionate and empathetic caretaker currently enrolled as a junior at UCR. I have 2 younger siblings so I grew up caring for children. I have volunteered at a local church for the past 2 summers where I successfully cared for 20+ 2-8 year olds alone for about 2 hours while their parents were in church service. I also also currently volunteer with a suicide hotline (June 2017 - ongoing) and the Riverside Rape Crisis Center for the past few months (March 2018 - ongoing). I have a wide range of experience from caring for newborn babies to tutoring school aged children. I am also in the process of getting certified in ABA for autistic children. Next year I hope to enroll in a Masters of social work program and eventually become a Clinical Social Worker. While I'm in school, I'm hoping to get further experience in what Read more I love most: caring for children, and also to help gain experience to help in my future aspirations.
