Natalie is wonderful and feels like family. She is communicative and flexible about scheduling. She anticipates ways to be helpful with the kids, and if the kids are occupied - asks about ways she can help around the house. What really sold us on Natalie was how she took the time to get down on the ground and connect with our toddler, who took to her immediately. She is clearly very comfortable with the littles (we have a new 3 yo & 4 month old) and is a nap wizard for our baby. She is equally comfortable with all the adults and big doggies in the house. We are very thankful to have found Natalie!
