Hello! I am Iyana Haynes. I have had experience with babysitting and being involved with daycares for 5years+. I grew up in a daycare that my mother owns and facilitates. My experience has grown from being apart of the kids to working alongside my mother to assist in taking care of them. As I grew older I began babysitting for the parents of kids my mother watched. I would do my babysitting gigs during the weekends due to school and extracurricular activities. I have also volunteered at my church's daycare on Sunday mornings during service. Overtime I have learned that kids are full of surprises and are informational absorbers. I enjoy ensuring that the child is receiving all of their necessary needs as well as having fun, being creative, and themselves. I look forward to working with you!!
