I believe in almost no Tv time. I know, it sounds weird, but having children doing crafts, play pretend games, learn other languages ( I speak fluent Spanish), read books and learn about science or history , makes them happier, calmer , and SMARTER! How do I know this? I have three children of my own! I have a BS inBiology and Natural Resources and are currently getting certify as a Wildlife Rehabilitator. So why on earth do I want to baby sit? Because my children are small, and I want to be there for them..but also contribute with the family expenses. My children learn something new everyday, you know, things like what is a thunder storm? who invented the telephone? what is photosynthesis ? What animals are carnivores? etc. We make crafts, go to parks, do experiments and read fun books ( Mo Williams is my favorite author!) I Read more am willing to share this with your children too. So go ahead, give me a call. I only babysit in my own house, (remember I have children?) so... you would have to either bring to me your child, or be willing for me to pick him up and bring him to my house.
