Hello! My name is Lisa and I have 15 years of full time working experience as a private nanny. I am currently looking for another position as my contract is coming to an end. I am a very active and nurturing nanny who enjoys being outdoors as often as possible. My ideal days are walking/driving to the park, going to the zoo, or visiting our many local museums. I prefer not to have any screen time until children are above the age of 3, and that is still highly limited to the discretion of the parents. I practice gentle/authoritative parenting, along with adjusting to the needs of the parents to follow their wishes as they see fit. I also have experience with different types of sleep training, as to met the needs of the child as they are all different! Within my many years of experience, I have worked with Read more children who were born premature, had delays in speech and occupation, and have worked closely with therapist to help children reach their targeted milestones. I have also worked with families who have additional needs, such as light housekeeping and running errands when the child’s schedule allows it. I have my own car, full coverage insurance, and will be soon renewing my CPR and First-Aid to have a refresher.
