I have been babysitting since I was 16 years old. I have cared for children of all ages, but I do best with children ages 4-12. I have 4 younger siblings, so I have a very nurturing side and cared for the my siblings quite a bit growing up. When I babysit/nanny I make it a point to limit screen time and focus on stimulating activities and arts and crafts. I love yoga so sometimes when I babysit/nanny I will fit in a little 15 minute yoga session after some high energy activities. Most parents wouldn't think it is something children would like, but I have found that it has been one of the more liked activities I do with the children. (:
