Hi, I'm Ava! I was born and raised in the Bay Area, then moved to the East Coast with the family I was nannying for at the time. I just moved to Modesto and am looking to meet new families! I've always loved working with kids- I started babysitting when I was 12 and then at my local YMCA when I was 15. I worked summer camp, after school, and child watch programs- with children ranging from 6 months to 11 years in age. When I was 17, I started nannying. My typical duties included driving the kids to after school activities, taking them to the park, meal prep, light housework, and general care. Caring for children and watching them grow has always been my passion. For the past 10 years, I've had the opportunity to care for children from infancy through adolescence and accompany them throughout their development. My approach is to be patient, creative, loving, and kind. I'm very comfortable enforcing house rules and have first aid and CPR training, as well as child development courses.
