Hi, my name is jaiden i prefer to be called Jade, and I have been a dedicated babysitter and childcare worker for the past seven years. Caring for children has always been a deep passion of mine. My experience goes beyond traditional babysitting—I have a degree in child psychology, have taken extensive child development courses, and have hands-on experience working with children with autism and ADHD. My journey in childcare started early, as I took on the responsibility of raising my four younger siblings due to having parents who struggled with addiction. This experience shaped my deep understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs, and it taught me how to provide a nurturing, structured, and loving environment. I love incorporating Montessori-inspired learning into my care, helping children develop life skills such as meal prep, tying their shoes, sorting laundry, and taking pride in simple, everyday tasks. My goal is to Read more make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful while ensuring every child feels safe and supported. I am also a resilient individual. While a recent injury put me in a wheelchair, I have been regaining my mobility and can now walk independently with a cane or rollator. This has not slowed me down—I am still quick on my feet and fully capable of providing attentive care. Outside of childcare, I am working towards launching my own beauty brand and plan to attend esthetician school. My husband and I recently moved to San Francisco from Monterey, CA, for better resources, and I am eager to connect with families who are looking for a responsible, dependable, and compassionate caregiver. I look forward to providing your little ones with a warm, engaging, and enriching experience! Also I live downtown in San francisco so I have access to lots of public transportation
