I have two children who are now grown and live on their own. I raised them in Noe Valley in San Francisco and San Bruno, where I live now. I have worked with a family since their oldest was an infant and now she is 14. They have 3 other children ages 3-12 that I also care for but I’m mostly with the toddler at this time. I worked for the afterschool program at Alvarado Elementary in San Francisco for many years when my children attended school there. My children also attended Noe Valley Nursery School which is a co-op. I had 2 children enrolled so I worked 2 days a week. This gave me an incredible amount of experience working with groups of children. I love it!

We have been incredibly lucky to have Colleen in our lives for the past 14 years. She has cared for all four of my children over the years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is warm, reliable, and naturally engaging with kids of all ages. My children absolutely love spending time with her, and I always know they are in great hands. What makes her especially wonderful is how she shares her passions with the kids. She loves cooking and gardening, and she brings the children into those experiences in such a fun and meaningful way. Whether they’re helping in the kitchen or learning about plants in the garden, she turns everyday moments into something special. My kids have made so many happy memories with her, and she has been such a positive presence in our family for many years. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
