I had a graduate interview in Irvine and needed Kelly here early, she has expressed that it was no problem and would be at my home in the a.. She never came and did not return my texts that morning. It was too late for me to find a replacement and I had to bring my children to my appointment, to say this was unprofessional is an understatement. I would NOT recommend her as a reliable sitter to anyone.
