I have a vast array of experience with children from volunteering as a youth tutor for six years, working at my local library children’s summer programs, assisting in children's art classes at the Main Line Art Center and in my current job as a Child Language Development Researcher. I have also babysat over the years often as I have always loved spending time with kids and was a full time nanny for 4 months for a family of three young children, including a 3 mo old. My college coursework includes Child development, Children's literature, nutrition, Early Education, and Speech development. I also studied fine arts and love doing creative projects of all kinds with kids. Being from the Northwest and coming from a big family of my own, I love spending time outdoors biking, camping, and being active. I also love fresh healthy cooking, playing the piano, and reading.
