Hi! My name is Lauren. I currently have a day job, but I'm looking for an occasional, babysitting job to pursue a deeper passion of mine. I have around 8 years of experience with children ranging from infants to 3rd grade. I gained a majority of this experience by volunteering at my church and some of it by helping with my friend's childcare business. I participated in these programs because I love children and found joy in helping (and watching) them develop in a healthy, happy environment. We hired Lauren through Sitter City. We were nervous, because we were coming into the area from out of town for a wedding, but Lauren eased our anxieties, as she was completely trustworthy, punctual, and took great care of our baby. I would definitely recommend Lauren as a sitter!

We needed a sitter for our 8 month old for 2 nights in a hotel room while visiting a different city for a wedding, and we'd never left our baby with a sitter before. I'm so glad that Lauren was our sitter, it made me so much less anxious. She was easy to communicate and plan with ahead of time, she is earnest and conscientious, and she did a great job of keeping the baby entertained and meeting the baby's needs. I would highly recommend Lauren to any family.
