I have been working with children for over ten years. Working with children is my passion and there is nothing I would rather dedicate my life’s work to. Being able to see the world through their eyes is a gift that inspires me every day. I believe each child is an individual and we must be able to recognize that to fulfill the child’s needs and provide a safe and nurturing environment for them. As beautiful as their innocence is I also understand how fragile it is and I do everything I can to not only protect that but to also provide an environment that allows them to feel comfortable being themselves so they are able to flourish. I am full of energy, warmth, positivity, and happiness. I always see the bright side of life and push to be the best person I can be. While I was in college Read more I worked as a children’s swim instructor. I taught children ranging from infants to fourteen-years-old. While I was working as a swim instructor I realized nothing fulfilled my heart as much as working with children. I loved hearing their imaginations run wild and they filled my days with so much laughter. I quickly became one of the most requested teachers at the school. I also have four units in Early Childhood Education. These units included everything from child development to health and safety. I am CPR and Pediatric First Aid certified. My previous job was teaching at a Montessori school. I loved every day at this school. I spent my days working in the infant, toddler, and preschool rooms. In the infant room, I took care of nine babies with the help of two other women. In the toddler room, I taught twelve toddlers along with one other teacher. In the preschool room, I taught twenty-four children. I felt every day of work was a gift. Thank you for your time and consideration.
