My name is Christine. I am 30 years old. I'm originally from New York and have been living in San Diego for 5 years now. I have a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and minor in Spanish. I can fluently speak and write in Spanish + English. I've previously worked at a media agency where my position was Client Success Manager. When COVID-19 first started the lock down, I got laid off from my job. I realized in that moment that I would be okay because I knew advertising wasn't my passion in life. I'm currently a student Pacific College of Oriental Medicine located in Mission Valley. Due to heavy load of school work and dedication to studying, I cannot commit to job that needs more than 3+ days so figured I can be a babysitter to any families that are in need of an extra hand on the weekends Read more + some night time hours during the week. Prior to having my media career, I used to babysit many kids in my neighborhood back home in Long Island. I love kids because they are honest, curious, and fun. I like to contribute and spark ideas of things to do for kids such as (coloring, playing in the backyard, possibly baking if it's allowed, building a fort, starting a new puzzle, reading, or even just watching a new movie, etc.) I believe what sets me apart from other babysitters is that I truly believe in building genuine relationships with both the parents and the kid(s). Trust is a big thing for me and building a friendship with the parent(s) is important to me so that we can understand each other. I'm honest, respectful, fair, and very easy to get along with.
