I have been babysitting since I was 10 years old and have enjoyed it so much throughout the years. after she was hired she showed up later and later until she finally didn't show up at all. she then sent a text saying that she was quitting (with no notice) and left us in the lurch. you will find a review attesting to similar lack of reliability.

I interviewed Marissa and almost finalized to hire her. Suddenly, she stopped communicating and responding to my messages. I had to make the hiring decision the next day I interviewed her. She also shared her references who spoke highly of her. When I requested her to let me know the time I can call her, she told me she will let me know once she's off her current job. I waited until the next day. Two days later I messaged her and asked her, got no response. I tried couple of times, also messaged via Sittercity, no response was received. This was very disappointing, as I wasted my time for something to get no response from for unknown reason. I wouldn't recommend her if you're looking for someone who's trustworthy and responsive.
