I want to return to the work as a nanny/babysitter because of the excitement it brings out in me. The lust for life, the happiness, the giggles that happen when working with kids. The fun philosophical questions and the endless energy make me appreciate the mundane aspects of life I usually do not give a second thought to. Even on days that are hard, draining, or upsetting I get to leave knowing that I am helping to positively impact the happiness and well being of kids that I was once just like. That is why I have done, why I still do it and why I will always love it. A little about me : I am a licensed and practiced EMT certified by the NREMT with additionally certifications in wilderness first aid, AHA cpr and more. I hold a Bachelors in Neuroscience from the University of San Diego with Read more plans to pursue my Master of Physican Assistant in the future. I have an additional 3 years of experience as a one on one mentor to a child with ASD and many years as a date night babysitter. love kids of all ages and pets of all kinds, I am a safe driver and own a 2022 Toyota RAV4. I have a clean driving record and am always happy to drive kids or pets wherever necessary. In addition I am a great cook and an even better cleaner. I keep my apartment spotless and would do the same with your home. I am an avid plant lover with over 60 different houseplants of my own and I have experience raising dogs, cats, bearded dragons and have assisted in the raising and training of guide dogs for the blind. I am young and do not have nearly the same experience as some longer term sitters that may be available but I take excellent care of all kids, animals and homes I have worked in and come to the job with energy and love for meeting new people and acting as both a caregiver and role model.
