Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I started babysitting as a teenager watching infants through toddlers. I went to college and obtained my A.S. in Child Development in 2001. I also recieved my B.A. in Human Services in 2011 from Springfield University. I have an abundance of volunteer work relating to children. In high school, I was a Rolling Reader for kindergarteners and 1st graders. I also tutored 1st and 3rd graders at a local elementary school. For work experience in college, I volunteered in the Child Development Center on campus in the infant/toddler classroom. I currently work as an early childhood education teacher at an elementary school in the San Diego Unified School District. I have have been there for 17 years.
