Hello, I’m Maria! Children’s intelligence, curiosity, and energy inspired me to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education. I worked as a preschool teacher assistant for seven years in Montessori schools and have extensive experience as a nanny—caring for infants as young as 5 months and children up to 10 years old. I value building strong, trusting relationships with children and enjoy fostering curiosity, encouraging self-expression, and modeling positive interactions with others and the environment. I am committed to supporting your family while implementing practices that best meet your needs. I look forward to meeting you! Maria was very responsive to my calls and messages during the interview process. Her responses to my interview questions were thoughtful and professional. She was patient and flexible regarding the timing of my decision. Once I informed her of my decision to hire her, she expressed her gratitude and was flexible regarding logistics and time. I hired Maria to watch two toddlers for a few hours in the morning on a weekday, on-site at a place of business. I felt comfortable leaving the children with her, and she kept them occupied and happy. I would hire her again and highly recommend her to others.
