Hey! My name is Hannah- A bit about me: I'm a 22 year old recent graduate (June 2017) from UC-Santa Barbara with a Communication and Psychology double major. I currently am a sales representative at Yelp. I was born and raised in Palos Verdes, California with all kinds of animals (dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, reptiles etc.) and one younger sister. I have over 10 years of childcare experience. I love being around kids, I am the happiest when I can help a child grow or create a fun activity for us to do together. Experience includes: I started babysitting when I was 12 years old. My mom would come with me to first few jobs to show me the ropes and give me tips on how to be best with kids. Since then, I have babysat for over 20 families with 3 families using me for 5 years plus. I Read more was a part of the National Charity League for 6 years and volunteered with multiple organizations involving working with kids. I teacher aided for third graders in summer school, worked at a special needs summer camp (Camp Escapades) for 4 years, as well as volunteering in a day care in a neighborhood with less resources. Hobbies: Anything active- yoga and running. Baking and cooking. Arts and crafts. One of the qualities I have is the ability to connect with children of all ages. I love listening and catering my assistance to every child I have the pleasure of babysitting. I can connect with kids of all personalities ranging from energetic to shy. I'm responsible, schedule savvy, on time, and flexible. I have worked with age ranges as young as 3 months old up to 12 years old. I have also babysat kids with severe food allergies and who are autistic.
