Hi, my name is Pierce. I'm an enthusiastic, active, and responsible person with a wide range of experience working with kids. Right out of college I worked for an Americorps program. I was placed in an Elementary School and spent the year tutoring, mentoring students during the school day, and teaching in the after school program. For the past three years, I have spent the school year working at an Outdoor School for 5th and 6th graders in the Santa Cruz mountains and I have spent the summers working for outdoor summer programs. I have extensive experience with ages 7-11 and have spent summers babysitting for families with kids as young as age 4. My favorite part about working with kids is being able to be a part of their growth and development! In my free time, I love to go on outdoor adventures which usually involves climbing, traveling, and Read more hiking.
