Hello! My name is Tess and I’m coming off of a year working as a full-time nanny for two boys, 5 and 8, in Switzerland. I’ve always loved working with kids and have done so since I began babysitting when I was 16 years old. In addition to babysitting and nannying, I’ve also worked as a volunteer in a preschool and a high school after school program. I love being active and spending a lot of time outside. I also love creative activities and trying new things to encourage the kids to stay off of technology. In my personal time, I also enjoy baking and cooking. I also love to travel and study languages, primarily German and Spanish. Before moving to Switzerland to work as a nanny, I graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where I studied global affairs and economics, with a focus on the economics of education. Read more On campus, I was actively involved in intramural sports (soccer and flag football), a cappella, student government, and economic research. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
