- Comfortable with pets
Hello! My name is Kirby Gordon; I am a 22-year-old female living in San Francisco. I grew up in Southern California, being very involved in high school. I was senior vice president in my school’s associated student body, was the host/MC at pep rallies, and did varsity sports medicine, thus making me CPR certified and knowledgeable about treating injuries. Helping comfort you in knowing your children will always be safe in my care. I recently finished up my degree in Communications at San Francisco State. I spent the last year of my life abroad in Denmark, broadening my mind and my horizons by living in a different country. I studied there as well as traveled all throughout Europe as much as I could. On one of my trips to Italy I met a woman named Michelle Stepham in a small village called Panzano in Chianti. After stopping in her Read more shop to ask for directions and chatting for a few hours, she offered me the opportunity to au pair for her during the summer months. I took the opportunity and cared after her two boys Shane (4) and Jackie (2) for 2 months. This experience was incredible, but has me missing kids more than ever. I have extensive experience in child care for as long as I can remember. Being raised in such a love family has only made me love children and caring for others far beyond most do. I went from babysitting neighbors kids, to nannying for a young boy after school while in High School, to continuing on babysitting through sitter city when moving to San Francisco over 4 years ago. I am full of energy and always up for bringing the kids outside. I know with technologies these days that can be difficult, but that doesn't make me loose hope! I know with imagination children are always up for anything. With finishing my degree I am looking for a stable babysitting job, full-time or part-time. I look forward to meeting you and hopefully becoming a part of the family.
