Ariel V.

Ariel is incredible! She's communicative, responsible, friendly, motivated, and easy to talk to. She watched our daughter while I worked from home, and I got to see firsthand how lovely she is with kids. She was always engaged with baby--talking to her, singing and reading to her, playing with toys, and helping baby roll over and do tummy time. She was also comfortable taking baby to the park and interacting with our dog, which was wonderful. I have never felt so comfortable so quickly with a new person watching my baby, but Ariel put me at ease immediately. I can recommend her with 100% confidence that she will impress her next family!

What can I say about Ariel other than she is fantastic!! She was with us for almost 2 years and she has truly become apart of our family. The way she cared for my children. Always made me feel safe about leaving my little ones in her care. Always reliable and flexible to our needs . She really is the sweetest thing. So great at planning fun activities for the day. A lot of our door play and sent me updates and pictures of my baby’s through the day! She is a great cook and helped with household tasks and it was such a relief to come home to a clean house:) Wish we could of took her with us when we moved out of state. The next family will be lucky to have her!

I was so lucky to have found Ariel when I needed a short term nanny (over a 2 month period) for my 8 month old in September. It was immediately apparent that I was leaving my daughter with someone not only responsible, but also incredibly caring and passionate about making each day a wonderful experience for my daughter. I especially appreciated receiving photos throughout the day, how well Ariel could engage both my daughter and our family dog, and how much reading they did together throughout the day. Towards the end of our short term arrangement, Ariel did ask for some flexibility to attend to an ongoing medical emergency in her family. Despite her difficult situation, she remained so considerate of our needs. I have no hesitation recommending her to others.

The previous parent review echoes my experience with Ariel. I think she has great experience on paper, but when it comes to reliability I feel its challenging to count on this nanny. Ariel applied for my 1 week short term nanny position. In spite of the previous parent review warning about their experience, I still felt it spoke well about Ariel being a great babysitter on paper. I was all in to hire Ariel for my 1 week nanny job pending phone interview, however, she bailed on the phone interview. I asked her what times work for her for a phone interview there was no response. I provided her my contact info asking to communicate anytime she is available for a phone interview but again there was no response. I did not feel it was professional to leave me hanging. But thanks to the previous parent review I didn't waste my time waiting around and ended up finding alternate provider. I don't know about other parents but I am placing my children's safety and well being in a nanny's hands therefore I do not hire nannies off of the internet without phone interviewing them for the job at the least if not in person. If you are lucky enough to get any sort of confirmation for a nanny job from Ariel that's great! I wish you parents good luck!

I was very impressed with Ariel. It is so hard to find afternoon help and after speaking with Ariel, meeting her in person and talking to her references, she seemed perfect! The day she was supposed to begin she texted saying she had a "family emergency." This is understandable and scary and I was even open to hold the role for the 1+ months for her. However, I never heard back from her after a few texts. I do hope her family is okay and that if you are able to secure this unicorn, she shows up for you.....
