I am a former teacher and graduate of the University of Chicago new to the Bay Area, looking for a part-time or full-time commitment. With experience as a 5th grade bilingual teacher, I bring my educational insight, expertise, and patience to my childcare approach. I have experience creating engaging activities that promote both learning and fun for children, as well as addressing different children's unique interests and development. I started working as a childcarer/babysitter informally at 14, and I have cared for children aged 11 months to 10 years, mainly cousins and family friends. I am making a change in my career and, in the meantime, want to continue working with children and helping families in need.
