As soon as we interviewed Joana, we were convinced she would be a great hire! We were looking for an efficient and reliable nanny to take care of our 1 year old daughter and when we spoke to Joana, she sounded confident and experienced. She spoke in detail about her past experiences and explained her ideas about raising a toddler. Based on our needs, we decided to offer Joana a 6 month contract without much deliberation. She has been working with us for over a month now, and we are very happy that we hired her! She dealt with our daughter's stranger anxiety very well and bonded with her in a matter of a few days. She helped us set a routine for our daughter. She takes her out to the park every day, makes her nap etc at specific times. Thanks to Joana's efforts, our daughter sleeps longer hours during the night now and is a lot less clingy to her parents. When our daughter is fussy about eating, Joana is effectively able to manage the situation, making sure that she eats well. Joana also took care of our daughter when she was sick and gave us some good tips too. Joana is very professional and is always on time to work. When our daughter naps, Joana is very kind to voluntarily help us with some light housekeeping work, even though we never spoke about it when we hired her. Given her dedication and quality of work, we are happy to hire Joana back again without hesitation!

Joana also took care of our daughter when she was sick and suggested some good ideas to make her feel comfortable and better. While our daughter naps, Joana is very kind to help us with light house keeping work, even though we never spoke about it while hiring her. We are more than happy to recommend or rehire Joana as a care giver without any hesitation.

We hired Joana during the past year to care for our 3 year old. She has been extremely trustworthy and dependable. Joana is proactive and works in the best interest of the child. During the pandemic she has taken utmost care to follow the pandemic protocols and kept herself safe and healthy. In addition to her exceptional childcare skills, she also helped us to keep things organized at home. I highly recommend Joana as a nanny to your child.

Joana has been a great help during the current work from home situation. She has kept my 2 kids well engaged with different activities while we parents continue to focus on the daily busy work schedule. Thank you for your help Joana!!
