Meet Alaysia
My name is Alaysia I have always dreamed of becoming an elementary teacher and creating great learning environments for children. I am a third year at San Jose State majoring in Child Development with a minor in Spanish. I also have experience working with toddlers and preschool aged children within a daycare setting. I would love to be a babysitter to build connections with children while also implementing certain strategies to encourage development within children. What sets me apart from other candidates is my experience while working with a wide range of children. Due to my brother having autism I have been exposed to many different skills one needs to posses with various children. I have learned patience, how to positively guid children, and how to overall support children throughout their development.
