Serena has occasionally helped babysit my 3-year-old son, and she has been absolutely wonderful every time. She is patient, caring, and very interactive—always engaging him through play and conversation. I especially appreciate how she naturally incorporates language learning into their time together, helping him expand his vocabulary while having fun. Serena is also very flexible and understanding—there were a few evenings when we had to return an hour later than planned, and she handled it calmly and kindly. My son enjoys spending time with her, and I always feel at ease knowing he’s in great hands. Highly recommended!
