As my own kids get older, I find myself w/ more free time than I am accustomed to & a desire to help ease some of the strains of parenting for others. My kids are 21, 17 & 16 and I've been caring for children of all ages for 25+ years. I offer a unique blend of many years experience caring for kids (mine included) while completely understanding that each family has its own parenting style/preferences & I will gladly respect/follow yours. I’m experienced in & happy to help with: -any & all early childhood development/milestones/accommodations (whatever that means for your unique family); basic baby sign language; diapers &/or potty training; baby wearing/contact naps; sleep training; singing/dancing/playing/swimming/crafting/walking/driving/swaddling/reading/bathing; light cleaning & laundry, food preparation & feeding; errands; homework help/tutoring... Simply tell me what you need & we'll figure it out together. I am currently caring for a 14 month old 5 Read more days/week and have been since late August 2024. Our time is coming to an end as the family plans to travel for the summer and then transition to daycare. I have a BA in Communications from Pepperdine University. I am a certified yoga & barre fitness instructor. I am not currently certified in CPR & First Aid but have been through the courses/certified many times & am happy to do so again, if you like. My resume & references are available, just ask!
