Hello! My name is Kailan and I am 23-years-old. I have been babysitting/nannying for over six years now. I began babysitting when I was a teenager and realized that I genuinely love working with kids. I don’t see babysitting or nannying as just a “side job” but more of a passion that I find important. I have worked with kids from all ages, mostly ranging from newborn to seven-years-old. I value honesty, respect, compassion and trust. Most of all, I believe in just having a good time while having structure, letting the child lead the way and stepping in when needed. Some interests of mine are volleyball, art and reading. I am currently up to date on all vaccines and certifications. Thank you for reading, I love forward to hearing from you!
