Hello! My name is Riley, and I am 22 years old from San Mateo! I have babysat sporadically in Woodside for a family in junior year of high school (infant), but I formally babysat/nannied for a family for 3 years in New Orleans (preschool/elementary). When I babysat for the New Orleans family, I was beyond unexperienced, but once I got to their house I instantly loved the kids, and I found it very easy to accommodate to their needs and flexibility was never an issue. I'd like to describe myself as "on call," as I was able to come in if there was ever an emergency or last-minute plan. Most of what I've learned about babysitting is that kids ultimately want their parents around, and to act as a nurturing replacement that'll help get their mind off of missing their parents and just to have fun with someone else for Read more a few hours is the best part of my job, and every day I would go to babysit it was my favorite part of the day.
