I have over 15 years of experience working with children. Starting from the age of 10 babysitting for family and neighbors, and really got my experience when I was 12 and my mom had my sister. I grew up helping raise my sister so that really gave me a headstart with experience taking care of infants/toddlers/young children. As I was attending college, I worked at the college daycare in the infant room caring for babies. They called me the "baby whisperer" because I was the only one who could calm down the fussiest babies and keep them happy. I was the one who had a pile of babies surrounding me at all times and was the "chosen one" for many of the infants we took care of. From working at the daycare, I met a lovely family who hired me as their nanny. I cared for their two boys aged Read more 1 and 3. I really enjoyed my days watching them and giving them a fun, loving, and peaceful environment. I stopped being a nanny for the two boys when I had a baby of my own (who is now 5). I just welcomed by second baby in June and have been a full time caregiver for my two girls. Even before having kids of my own, I have always loved being around children of any age and have always been able to connect with them. I am a very calm, peaceful person and will give your child everything they need to thrive. I love being active and being outdoors and am not one of those who will stick kids in front of a screen all day. I enjoy doing arts/crafts and finding fun activities to do. Ideally, I am looking for a nanny position where I can also have my 6 month old with me. It is no hard task for me to care for more than one child and I would not mistreat your child to care for mine. All babies/kids are equal!
